SUVA FORESHORE COMPETITION

Our Stage 2 proposal focuses on Zone A, organizing the Suva City Foreshore into seven sub-precincts to create a compact, sustainable, and innovation-driven city. This plan promotes high-density mixed-use development, efficient public transport, and pedestrian-friendly spaces. Each precinct will serve as a hub for business, technology, arts, and education, fostering economic growth and investment while enhancing public access to the waterfront. This approach complements Zones B and C from Stage 1, ensuring a resilient and forward-looking urban blueprint for Suva.
