Coburg Residence, Melbourne is a collaborative residential project shaped through a shared commitment to sustainability, thoughtful living and connection to place. Developed in collaboration with design direction from Muni Vahanvati, the home responds to the family’s strong environmental values through the use of natural materials, passive design principles and a low-impact approach to construction.

Carefully planned to strengthen the relationship between indoors and outdoors, the home creates calm, light-filled spaces that feel grounded, functional and connected to their surroundings. Warm timber finishes, natural textures and restrained detailing contribute to a welcoming and enduring residential environment.

The project reflects a collective vision centred on simplicity, sustainability and wellbeing-focused living, aligning with Design Core Architects’ approach to thoughtful and environmentally responsive residential design.
