DCA has completed 25 stages for Aitken College since it was founded in 1998. The College has recently completed construction of a new Food Technology Building at a value of $1,350,000.
This 25 stage project has included all types of facilities, including classrooms, art, science, and library facilities, a gymnasium, chapel and performing arts centre. Works include a $3,000,000 BER P21 Project comprising extensions to the Gymnasium, Library, LAN and Learning Centre providing four new Classrooms, Exercise Room, Server room and IT Workshop and new Junior and Middle School toilet blocks.
The recently completed Food Technology Building is valued at $1,350,000. This building comprises a large teaching kitchen, scullery, dining room, outdoor dining area connected to the main dining area via a folding glass wall, staff office, and ancillary facilities.
