Oakleigh Grammar Redevelopment
Multiple Development Projects & BER P21 since 1993
Design Core Architects have completed multiple redevelopment projects for Oakleigh Grammar since 1993. This includes re-modelling of Senior Science facilities to the value of $700,000, and a BER P21 Project valued at $2,000,000.
Design Core Architects initially completed a seven-stage redevelopment and upgrading of facilities, including a Library, Administration offices, Primary Building and Indoor Sports Complex.
In 2013 / 2014 Design Core Architects undertook the refurbishment and re-modelling of the Senior Science facilities to the value of $700,000, which was completed in April 2014. This project comprised stripping out all finishes and fixtures, replacement in a new configuration, and upgrading and modernising Biology, Chemistry and Physics facilities.
Other projects include a $2,000,000 BER P21 Project. This comprised extensions to an existing childcare centre to increase numbers from 50 to 90 children. Additions include two Children’s Rooms, Staff and Administration facilities, Music Room, Toilets and associated stores. The project also involved refurbishment of the two storey Primary School, Library, Admin and Assembly Hall Buildings.
