COBURG RESIDENCE
The Coburg Residence is a collaborative project shaped by a shared commitment to sustainability and thoughtful living. Working closely with design direction from Muni Vahanvati, the home responds to the family's deep respect for the environment, exploring natural materials, passive design principles and a low-impact approach to construction.
The home is carefully considered to create a strong connection between indoors and outdoors, with spaces that feel open, grounded and in tune with their surroundings. Every element has been approached with intention, balancing functionality with a calm, natural material palette.
This project reflects a collective vision — one that prioritizes sustainability, simplicity and a way of living that feels both connected and considered.
